1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Denkaotomotiv website at https://denkaotomotiv.com (the “Site”) and the games shown on it (the “Games”). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who can use the Site

• You must be 18 or older, and at least the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You must choose your country honestly when you sign up. Rules for social games differ around the world; you are responsible for making sure that using the Site is lawful where you are, and you must not use it where it is not.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again and may close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

3. What the Site is

Denkaotomotiv offers free-to-play themed games for entertainment only. It is not a gambling service. You cannot deposit, stake, win or withdraw money, and there are no cash prizes or prizes of real-world value. Success in the Games does not mean you will succeed at real-money gambling.

4. Gold Coins

• Gold Coins are a virtual currency used only for play on the Site. Every new account starts with 100,000 Gold Coins, free of charge.
• Gold Coins have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred between accounts, exchanged for money, goods or services, or redeemed for anything.
• We may correct, adjust or remove balances where needed to fix an error, to deal with misuse, or when an account is closed.
• You have no ownership of Gold Coins, and they end when your account is deleted.

5. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. One account per person.
• Choose a screen name that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and does not include personal contact details. Your screen name is the only name that may be shown to other players.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Five wrong password attempts lock log-in for 15 minutes.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or tools to automate play or sign-ups; try to break, probe or overload the Site or the Games; exploit bugs; access another person's account; copy, scrape or resell the Site or Games; or use the Site for anything unlawful or abusive.

7. The Games

The Games are shown inside frames on our pages. Each Game has its own rules and controls, shown within the Game. Games and features may change, be paused or be removed at any time. We do not promise that any Game will always be available or free of errors.

8. Marketing emails

If you tick the box at sign-up we may email you about bonuses, new games and milestones. You can turn this off at any time by contacting us. We never need your agreement to send account and security emails such as password resets.

9. Our responsibility

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by interruptions, errors, or things outside our control, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any consumer rights you have by law.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, artwork and the Games belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to play for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
