Why we use it

  • To create and run your account and Gold Coin balance.
  • To check you are 18 or older and to keep the Site to adults.
  • To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
  • To reply to your messages and send account emails such as password resets.
  • To send promotional emails about bonuses, new games and milestones only if you agreed when signing up.

Where it is kept

Your account is stored on our web server as a protected file that cannot be opened from the web. We do not use a separate database. It stays until you delete your account on the account page or ask us to delete it.

Messages you send through the contact and support forms are emailed to our support inbox through an email delivery service (an SMTP provider). The Site does not keep a copy of the message text on the web server. Our server keeps only a technical error log, without names, emails or message text, if sending fails. Messages stay in our support mailbox for as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your browser stores a few small items: see the Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

  • Our email delivery provider, which relays the emails we send you and the messages you send us.
  • Google, only if you choose “Continue with Google”. Google's own privacy policy applies to what Google collects when you use its sign-in.
  • Authorities or advisers where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or users.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising or analytics tools on the Site. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers above.

The Games

The Games are shown inside frames on our pages and are loaded from https://denkaotomotiv.com. A Game may store its own settings in your browser's storage. We do not add advertising or tracking to the Games.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict how it is used, withdraw consent (for example for marketing emails) and complain to your local privacy regulator. You can delete your account yourself at any time on the account page. For any other request, contact us with the topic “Privacy question”.

Children

Denkaotomotiv is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Security

Passwords are hashed, accounts are kept in protected files, log-in attempts are limited and the Site is intended to be served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

If this policy changes we will update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
